Puma Soccer Shoes
Puma is one of the oldest shoe manufacturing companies. It started its operation in Germany in 1948. Since then it has given excellent shoes and sponsors half of the world's teams. It sponsors individual players too. Pele showed off his Puma soccer shoes in the 1970 FIFA world cup.
Soccer shoes are made to exacting standards. They have cleats on them so the players will not slip on the ground. The founders of Puma were instrumental in having Jesse Owens wear spikes in the 1936 Olympic Games. Puma takes great care in making cleats for today's games. If the cleats are too long they will be stuck in the ground and slow the players. If they are too short they will result in not much traction for the players. Puma soccer shoes are designed for different players, as some are more comfortable with a certain style and some are not.
